2026 年 10 月，Apple Education Community 正式刊登了我的 Apple Learning Coach Story。這篇文章記錄的，不只是學校從 16 台 iPad 走到 1:1 的歷程，而是另一個更重要的問題：當設備已經到位，教學真的會自己改變嗎？

In October 2026, Apple Education Community published my Apple Learning Coach Story. It is not simply a story about scaling from 16 iPads to 1:1. It is a reflection on what must happen after technology arrives.

Having an iPad does not mean teaching will change by itself.

Beyond 1:1｜一人一機，只是開始

瑞芳國中的科技旅程從一間教室裡的 16 台 iPad 開始，逐步走到每位學生都能使用 iPad。但真正的轉折，不是設備數量增加，而是我們開始重新問：科技究竟如何支持學習？

Moving toward 1:1 gave students more access, but access alone did not guarantee better learning. The deeper work was to connect technology with clear learning purposes, teacher practice, and evidence from the classroom.

From Presenter to Coach｜從示範工具，到陪伴教師成長

過去，我很習慣解決問題、示範工具、分享自己的課程。Apple Learning Coach 讓我重新檢視自己的角色：如果我一直站在最前面給答案，老師是否真的有機會形成自己的判斷與下一步？

My coaching gradually shifted from showing what technology can do to asking better questions, observing real lessons, and helping teachers identify a next step they were ready to try.

Evidence of Learning｜讓學習與教師都被看見

錄影也成為 coaching 的重要方法。在取得教師與家庭同意後，我進入教室記錄真實的學習片段，再和老師一起回看：學生在哪裡投入？在哪裡卡住？下一次可以改變什麼？

I am not just collecting videos. I am collecting evidence of learning.

Goodnotes 也成為這段歷程中的重要工具。它不是為了取代閱讀、書寫、練習、批註與回饋，而是讓教師從原本做得好的地方出發，再增加看見學生思考的新可能。

This is where digital tools become meaningful: not because they are new, but because they make student thinking, teacher decisions, and the learning process easier to see and discuss.

When Coaching Becomes Culture｜當 coaching 變成文化

不同教師有不同的起點：有人需要信心，有人需要把很多工具收斂成更清楚的學習目的，也有人從自己的嘗試開始，逐漸能支持下一位老師。當課堂被記錄、反思與分享，coaching 就不再只是兩個人之間的關係，而會慢慢成為學校文化的一部分。

The goal is not to make every teacher teach in the same way. It is to help each teacher move from trying, to confidence, and eventually to supporting others.
